Shipping information

We offer a variety of products for sale on our website, but we do not manufacture or own these products. 

Our vendors are local Canadian manufacturers and they will ship the items directly to our customers using Canada Post. 

The items are being processed and shipped from Canada, please allow 15 days as it is made by order. Shipping time is according to the vendor. You will receive your order by mail.

You will get notification from Canada Post with an update regarding your package. 

Our local vendors are doing their best to provide you with the best experience possible. If there is an issue with your order please contact us.

Shipping cost will be calculate at the checkout, based on your address and the item size and weight and it is based on Canada Post shipping rates. 

Free shipping is offered for purchase $100 and up. 

Refund and returns 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our dropshipping store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receipt to request a refund.

Please note that all of our products are custom-made and printed per order.

We will accept returns and issue refunds for defective or damaged products. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately to request a return and refund. We may request that you provide photos or other evidence of the defect or damage.

If you are not satisfied with a product for any other reason, we may accept returns on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, we will provide a refund for the cost of the product, but we will not refund any shipping costs or other fees associated with the order.

To request a return and refund, please contact us through our website and provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the product.

All returns must be authorized by us and must be accompanied by a return authorization number. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow 10 days for the refund to be processed and credited to your account.
